Two people, not one
Every approval needs two of our team members acting independently: one reviews and recommends, a different person makes the decision. Neither can approve alone — the system physically refuses it. No payment, referral or relationship can skip this.
The two badges you'll see
All four checks passed and first jobs completed. This badge is removed if standards slip — it is never permanent by default.
Identity, business and credentials verified; first jobs still being monitored. We show you this honestly instead of hiding it. We'll publish the exact number of monitored jobs before launch.
And when something goes wrong
Verified doesn't mean perfect. If a professional falls short, tell us — repeated or serious issues suspend the badge and, where needed, remove the professional entirely. Reviews on ExpertBazaar can only come from confirmed jobs, so one bad experience is visible and can't be buried under fake praise.
