When do I pay?
Only when you accept a lead. Notifications are free. Browsing is free. There is no listing fee and no commission on the job value.
How much does a lead cost?
Most categories are ₹200 per accepted lead (1 credit = ₹1). Some categories differ — the exact cost is always shown before you accept.
What if a lead is invalid?
Flag it — wrong number, duplicate, or out of your area. Our team reviews every flag, and approved flags are refunded to your wallet as credits.
Can I buy a better rating?
No. Ratings exist only on jobs confirmed through ExpertBazaar. There is no promoted placement and no paid badge — that's the point of the platform.
What does NEW — MONITORED mean?
New professionals start with a monitored badge while their first jobs are completed and confirmed. Full ✓ VERIFIED status is earned on real work.
