When you request quotes: your phone number (verified by OTP), your name if you share it, your city, and your description of the work.

When you apply as a professional: identity documents (Aadhaar/PAN), business evidence, and professional credentials — used solely for verification.

Automatically: standard technical logs (IP, device type) to keep the service secure. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

One purpose: connecting your request with verified professionals in your city, and keeping that exchange safe and accountable. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising. Ever.

Only professionals who accept your request — at most three. Professionals who are merely notified see your request details with your number masked. This is enforced by the system, not by policy alone.

SMS OTPs are used to verify your number when you submit a request. WhatsApp updates are sent only if you ticked the consent box — which is unticked by default — and every message we send is tied to that recorded consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Request and job records are kept while your account is active and as required for legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete or anonymise your personal data — see below.

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, withdraw consent, and request deletion or anonymisation. Write to our grievance officer and we'll respond within the statutory timelines.
